Which clothing size should I get?

 

 

Most of our items fit true to size for a tailored fit. Refer to the product page for specific sizing information.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

I didn't receive an order confirmation. Why not? 

Confirmation emails may take up to two hours to arrive. Check your spam folder. If not received after payment, contact us at help@mauricodomoniq.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly. Once paid and processed, changes are not possible. Contact us for assistance.

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?

Contact us immediately for address corrections. Please note, this may lead to delivery delays.

What is the current status of my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email after ordering, and a shipping email with tracking info once it's ready. Track your order using the provided information.

My parcel hasn't been delivered. What should I do?

Check your tracking link for updates. Verify the delivery address and check your email for notes from the shipping company. Contact us for assistance.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship within the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not deliver to APO, post office boxes, or FPO addresses.

What are the shipping costs?

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, a $10 shipping fee applies. Expedited shipping options are available for higher spend thresholds.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in a polybag or box, depending on the size and number of items.
